市建局於2018年下旬起分階段推出中環H6 CONET 社區空間的毗鄰街道美化工程，將 H6 CONET 與周邊的已建設環境連繫起來，為社區帶來具獨特個性的人文景觀，實踐「地方營造」(place-making) 概念。 是次計劃與位於興隆街的鴻德大廈合作，並由居於香港的日藉藝術家Taka為大廈外牆度身設計大型壁畫。創作由2019年4月開始，並歷時一個多月完成，透過壁畫展現香港的地方特色、中西區的社區文化及風景。 更多有關H6 CONET：https://ura-vb.org.hk/
